Summary

This episode of the Carry On Friends Podcast offers some motivation – To keep going on, keep doing. The results of all your work will pay off one day. The small steps will lead to a big accomplishment.

I want you to know this At all times you’re doing the best you can. It may not feel that way but you are.  The baby steps will make a big difference one day. You have to believe it. It’s part of the journey. Whether your goals are financial or health, or business.

Kamila McDonald Alcock, Jamaican fitness expert whose journey took 6 years to get to the point where she was felt a comfort weight and eating properly but also working through the mental stuff. We all want results quickly. Even me but sometimes in doing so we aren’t kind to ourselves. Just hold on and keep going. She is now a Adidas Brand Ambassador

Be kind to yourself

We are hardest on ourselves for everything under the sun. Be conscious in these situations, take a step back and ask yourself whether you are treating yourself fairly. This is a way of reminding yourself that at all times you are doing the best! Yes the very best. Focus on your best qualities. You must be committed to treating yourself fairly because if you don’t then you give cues to others to do the same.

If you feel like things are taking longer than you like it’s ok. Sometimes we have to pause and take a step back before moving forward.

I want you to know this At all times you’re doing the best you can. So Carry On Friend. Keep On, Keep Going, Keep Doing.
