- Complete the Application: Fill out the brief form below, which takes approximately 5–6 minutes,
- Application Review: Our team will assess your submission to ensure alignment with our community values.
- Response: Expect a decision within 2 business days, along with next steps if accepted.

Roots and Legacy are designed for individuals who are deeply committed to personal growth, cultural connection, and making an impact within the community. By requiring an application, we ensure that these exclusive spaces are filled with members who align with our mission and are ready to fully engage.
The application itself takes about 5–6 minutes to complete. Once submitted, we’ll review your responses and get back to you within 2 business days.
After submitting your application:
- We’ll review your responses to ensure the tier is the right fit for your goals and commitment level.
- If accepted, you’ll receive an email with next steps to finalize your membership.
- If we feel the tier isn’t the right fit at this time, we’ll let you know and recommend alternative options, such as starting with the Foundation tier.
Roots and Legacy members gain access to unique benefits such as:
- Roots: Mastermind sessions, accountability groups, cultural salons, and early access to premium content.
- Legacy: All Roots benefits plus exclusive backstage access, free event tickets, and more opportunities to influence the COF mission.
Both tiers offer deeply engaging, high-value experiences designed for personal growth, cultural connection, and impact.
Roots and Legacy are interactive tiers that involve regular participation in events, group discussions, and accountability sessions. We recommend setting aside a few hours per month to fully engage with the benefits.
Absolutely! If you start with Roots and later decide you’re ready for the Legacy experience, you can upgrade your membership. We’ll work with you to make the transition seamless.
If your application isn’t approved, don’t worry! You’ll still be able to join our Foundation tier, which offers meaningful content and community access to help you begin your Carry On Friends journey. You can also reapply for Roots or Legacy in the future.
We want you to feel confident in your decision. If after joining you feel the tier isn’t the right fit, please contact us within 5 days of membership to discuss options, including downgrades or cancellations.
