WHY is this important?

Delivering Through Diversity – Mckinsey

A diverse and inclusive employee base – with a range of approaches and perspectives – would be more competitive in a globalized economy.

Attending this learning experience is so important on a macro scale.  When more of us lean into our culture we bring diverse perspectives to our teams.

Companies are understanding that a diverse and inclusive workplace is central to a company’s ability to attract, develop, and retain the talent it needs to compete. Research also shows that diverse teams bring different experiences, perspectives, and approaches. They are also better able to target and distinctively serve diverse customer markets.
