Jackie Glenn “hails from the sunny island of Jamaica.” She is also the author of Lift As I Climb – An Immigrant Girl’s Journey Through Corporate America, her instructional biography of how she employed her ten self-created gems to provide guidance through her journey from a Nanny to Vice President & Chief Diversity officer at Dell EMC overseeing a workforce of 60,000 employees around the world. Jackie is now the founder and CEO of Glenn Diversity Inclusion & HR Solutions.

Today Jackie joins me for a lively conversation about her journey from Jamaica to the midwest as a nanny, then going to school and working her way through corporate America. We talk about challenges she’s encountered and offers sage advice on navigating work and personal branding.
