My guest in this episode is  Nicole Bent. She is an IT Project Manager by day and the founder of Bent Beauty & Hot Gyal Lashes. Nicole shares how by exploring opportunities she stayed true to herself and ended up finding a career and a business she loves. As you will hear, the road wasn’t and still isn’t an easy one, but by following what she is passionate about got her to where she is.

Nicole also shares some career lessons which include the importance of interviewing your potential employer.  Asking questions about how they manage, how they handle with tough conversations and what are they looking for in an employee.
