Things to Do This Summer

Things To Do This Summer

Gimme A Break

Hard work and no play makes us overworked, stressed, miserable and unhealthy. If you’ve worked without a break, I seriously consider that you take one, soon. Last year I took a well needed break not just from the blog but because I needed to.

This break was me stepping back to realize that I’m tired, I’m doing way too much and I’m not focused. Recognizing that I needed to just stop – is a big deal for me. But I realized in order for me to be a better mother, wife a successful entrepreneur and blogger and overall person I needed to take a break and I’m so glad I did.

There are lots of studies and lists around the web that list reasons for taking a break. Like these 25 Science-Backed Ways to Change Your Life by Taking Better Care of Yourself.
