Get Moving and Wukkout

Wukkout and get moving at home

I’ll admit that it’s challenging to put in any form of consistent work out now that I’m working full time from home, caring for a 2 year-old, and all the things concerning remote learning of an 8 year old. Weight aside, I just don’t have energy or stamina I use to have.

In this episode, Krista and I discuss the importance of maintaining basic functional movement as part of our daily lives.

What’s basic? Squats aren’t just to firm up the glutes – it’s a basic exercise to help with sitting and standing up.

Working out can include dancing to your favorite song. Heyyyyy, bussing a wine to your favorite song a couple times a day is the kinda movement I like!
