“Follow your instincts” or as we say in the Caribbean “follow yuh mind”. How many times have you thought to yourself or said out loud “I should’ve followed my mind!”
Our Instincts give us clues all the time, but why don’t we do it more often?
When it comes to following yuh mind, it takes bravery, courage, practice, trust, conviction and vulnerability.
This episode was inspired by my interview on the podcast “This Woman Can Interview Janice Sutherland”.
